PRAYER POINTS FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE:
- Praise the Lord for all the people who joined with ASAP and the persecuted believers in Vietnam on May 30, to fast and pray. It will be exciting to know the full results of this when we get to heaven. In the meantime we ask that you would continue praying for them!
- The stories in the Bible of how Jesus casted out demons are very encouraging because demon possession is still a serious problem in Southeast Asian countries. Pray in the name of Jesus that Mr. Moua Yeng Vue, would be delivered and completely set free from the evil one. The pastors are having a difficult time with this case and have requested that we unite with them in prayer for this man who is a member of the Vernkham SDA Church in Laos.
- As the Lord continues to enlarge the work of ASAP in Southeast Asia, there continues to be a great need here for more laborers who will partner with ASAP in providing financial and prayer support. Pray that God will bless the upcoming SEEDS conference and all the campmeetings around the country where ASAP is represented. Pray that God would move upon hearts and impress more people to get involved in supporting the ministry of ASAP.
- We thank the Lord for the many lives that are being restored at the AIDS Hospice (Sda Center) in Cambodia. Pray that God would continue to bless the physical and spiritual health of the residents there and for those leading this project. Pray also that God would provide the extra $200 per month needed for renting the new facility.
- We serve a God “who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think,” (Eph 3:23). Pray that God will bless ASAP financially, in such an incredible way that we can say by the end of the fiscal year, "It was God and God only!" This miracle will not only be a testimony to His power, but will be a blessing to the many in Myanmar and other countries who have worthy projects ASAP has not budgeted for, but would like to assist with.
