Give Hope to Refugees and Asylum Seekers in Bangkok

ASAP's Bangkok Refugee Assistance Project is a joint project between ASAP Ministries and ADRA Thailand, and ministers to the needs of thousands of urban refugees and asylum seekers in Thailand's capital city. Many of these immigrants are Christians who have fled persecution in the Middle East. Despite being protected by international law, they are frequently rounded up during raids and placed in detention centers, where they languish in squalid conditions until they are able to pay the exorbitant bail, or they are deported to the countries from which they fled due to persecution.

ASAP urgently seeks to partner with local churches in Bangkok to provide emergency food, clothing, shelter, and other necessities to families who have been displaced during a recent crackdown. Will you help us give hope to these persecuted brothers and sisters?

$162 to feed one family of five for a month ($6,400 needed; any amount appreciated)

$600 to provide shelter to one displaced family for two weeks ($28,000 needed; any amount appreciated)

$1,600 to free one family (mother and children) from the detention center
